The Spark Infrastructure Whistleblower Service is a channel for Spark Infrastructure’s employees, contractors and other stakeholders to report any improper conduct, unlawful or unethical behaviour in the workplace.

Maintaining our commitment to the Spark Infrastructure Code of Conduct is an important step in working towards achieving our vision, mission and business objectives. At Spark Infrastructure we have a whistleblower program that empowers you to play an active role in the elimination of improper conduct in the workplace.

This program now provides access to Stopline, a confidential, independent provider of whistleblowing services who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email or this website. It is also important to remember our program enables individuals to maintain anonymity should they so desire. Stopline is available to all Spark Infrastructure employees, contractors or stakeholders and translation services can be provided if requested.

As well as the disclosure process, this website provides access to our Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Policy and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions (‘FAQs’) for your reference. We believe that good corporate governance has the capacity to differentiate us from our competitors and enhance our reputation in the eyes of our stakeholders.
